Colleen has over 25 years' experience in learning and development and has a global portfolio spanning industries such as investment, real estate and hospitality.

She manages CapitaLand's internal programme management office in the learning and development department and the Continuing Education Training (CET) Centre of the hospitality arm, and is well versed in helping employees adapt to new enterprise resource planning (ERP) and people management solutions.

Passionate about people development, Colleen has undertaken formal training in performance and career coaching and has participated in mentoring programmes for students.

She is always willing to meet with others, whether through coaching sessions or informal coffee chats. For her, there is nothing more satisfying than helping others and seeing them make a difference in their personal or professional lives.
