Eugene Ho

Global CSR Director, SAP

Eugene is passionate about social sustainability and has over a decade’s worth of experience driving corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.

In the almost 20 years he has been with SAP, he has overseen CSR efforts across 18 markets, helmed award-winning partnerships, and led programmes that leverage tech and innovation to empower marginalised youth worldwide. One notable project was co-initiating the ASEAN Data Science Explorer’s programme, which has benefited 80,000 youths across eight years.

His role requires him to collaborate regularly with organisations such as ASEAN, UNICEF, UNESCO, and more. Besides coaching at Ngee Ann Polytechnic, WSG and Mentoring SG, Eugene also serves on boards such as Common Purpose Asia-Pacific, and Humanities & Interdisciplinary Studies Advisory Committee at Ngee Ann Polytechnic. In addition, he joined the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council on Jobs and Frontier Technologies for the 2025-2026 term.

Ever eager to do his part for the community, Eugene started as a Volunteer Career Advisor to encourage others and help them navigate through the obstacles in their unique career journeys.
