Aditi is a HR business partner with over a decade of experience in the field. She specialises in leadership coaching, career conversations, performance management, talent strategy, workforce planning, employee engagement, and resolving employee relations.

Aditi started her career in customer relations and technical support roles, before taking a career break to care for her two children. When she was ready to return to the workforce, she took on a master’s degree to upgrade her skills and pivoted her career into the HR sector.

The next decade of Aditi’s career saw her move across various HR functions, rising from a talent acquisition consultant to where she is today as HR business partner at a global organisation.

Looking back at her journey, Aditi considers herself fortunate to have been given the encouragement, support and opportunities to grow. She hopes to do the same for those she meets.
