Ivan brings over two decades of experience in the ICT sector, where he held roles across manufacturing, tech startups, gaming, and entertainment industries.

His expertise in quality assurance automation, software development, business analysis, and project management has shaped his analytical and solution-focused approach. Over time, his passion for knowledge-sharing led him to create automation tutorial videos and educational articles, establishing himself as a thought leader in ICT automation.

In 2021, Ivan became a registered counsellor with the Singapore Association for Counselling and qualified as a mindfulness coach. This equipped him to support individuals in improving their mental well-being and building healthier relationships through evidence-based counselling approaches.

Put together with his wealth of expertise in ICT, Ivan hopes to use his new skills to mentor and support individuals pursing careers pursuing careers in these fields.
