Priscilla has more than 20 years of HR experience across a wide range of industries such as hospitality, healthcare, transport and F&B.

Since joining the French hospitality company Accor in 2013, she has continuously designed and developed new compensation strategies to support different business objectives.

Across her career, Priscilla has advocated for the increased adoption of digital tools and data-driven insights in HR decision-making. In recent years, she also participated in a range of employee well-being programmes, helped arrange webinars on topics such as financial planning for employees, and contributed to the company’s mentoring programme.

Outside of the office, Priscilla helps businesses and employees resolve employment-related issues as an advisor at the Tripartite Alliance for Dispute Management Act.

As a Volunteer Career Advisor, Priscilla sees it as a privilege to be able to help others trying to find their way.
