WSG provides services and resources pertaining to career development. The
services provided shall be known as the "Services". The
words "we", "us" and "our"
shall refer to WSG.
This privacy policy (the "Policy") is between WSG and
you as user of the Website and Services.
By logging in accessing the Website and using the Services, you represent
that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and you are deemed to have
read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions of this Policy and
the Terms of Use as
amended from time to time. In the event that you are below eighteen (18)
years of age, you confirm that you have your parent’s or legal guardian’s
consent ("Requisite Consent") to the terms of this Policy.

Policy shall have the respective meaning set out in the Terms of Use.

We take your privacy very seriously and are committed to protecting your

We require the Collected Data to provide you with the best possible service
and experience when using our Services and the Website. The Collected Data

any non-Government entities other than in limited circumstances including

where third party companies perform services for us, including but not limited to email delivery, hosting and payment processing, or for the purpose of providing you with the Services that you request from us. However, these companies will only be entitled to use your personal information in order to provide the services requested by us or as may be required by law; or

where third parties (including other job portals) are engaged by us specifically for purposes related to employment facilitation, which require your Personal Data and/or Additional Personal Data; or

where necessary to enforce the Terms of Use, to protect the safety of our users and third parties, to protect our rights and property and the rights and property of other users and third parties, or in other cases if we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law; or

We may use the data you had previously supplied us or other Government
agencies or statutory boards to customise and enhance your user experience
when using the Website. This may include displaying to you programmes by
WSG or its third-party providers in the form of pop-up advertisements which
may be relevant to your needs.
For your convenience, we may also display to you data you had previously
supplied us or other Government agencies or statutory boards. This may
include, where relevant, pre-populating your data with your pre-existing
data from MyInfo when you access the Website as an Individual. This will
speed up the transaction and save you the trouble of repeating previous
submissions. Should the data be out-of-date, please supply us the latest
data.
Where your use of the Website is concerned, you acknowledge and accept
that certain functions, when activated or used by you, will operate to
send or display information about yourself, including but not limited to,
your Personal Data and/or Additional Personal Data to certain third parties,
and you agree to the sharing of such information with these third parties.
You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be held responsible or accountable
for any loss, injury or damage sustained by you for sharing the aforesaid
information arising out of your activation or use of such features on the
Website.
5. Anonymous Statistics
We may anonymise your non-personally identifiable Data, Additional Personal
Data and/or Personal Data for the purposes of internal statistics ("Statistical Reports")
to help us improve our Services. All information disclosed in the Statistical
Reports shall only include non-personally identifiable data or anonymised
data. We may in turn pass these Reports onto third parties.

If you should consent, from time to time you may receive from us a variety
of communications, including but not limited to newsletters, emails and
text messages (the "Marketing Communications"), that will
include service updates, product advertising and offers related to our
Services which we believe you may be interested in.

resolve such disputes in good faith and in an amicable manner by negotiation.
