Sebastian has spent more than 15 years in human resources, compliance and audit, working for multinational corporations and start-ups in the semiconductor, manufacturing and wholesale industries before rising to his current role as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at a leading footwear and apparel company.
In addition to leading business transformation projects, he is responsible for developing sustainable relationships with other leaders on a global and regional level.
